This stunning custom home was built by Mark Alexander of Alexander Hunt Distinct Homes in collaboration with architect John Lively.  The 4,594 square-foot home with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths and 2 powder baths has energy-efficient features such as high performance wood windows throughout, full foam insulation including interior walls insulated for sound, tankless water heaters, and a whole house backup generator.

This Old World Modern brick and stucco home offers an open concept floorplan with 11’ ceilings and striking walls of windows with an elegant balance of Traditional and Modern elements. No detail was overlooked with features including smart home automation, authentic wood-scraped floors throughout the home, a gourmet kitchen that includes an oversized leathered quartzite island , hand built cabinetry, Sub-Zero + Wolf professional appliances, and a working pantry. The exterior façade boasts a tile roof, copper gutters and a unique steel front door. The steel accents are carried into the home with numerous custom steel interior doors and a bespoke steel venthood.

Other unique features include 16 Gas lanterns, a climate-controlled wine room, antique reclaimed hand hewn beams throughout, arched doorways, 5 interior fireplaces, smeared brick accents, a built-in dog feeding & living area in the laundry room with access to a turfed dog run.  A luxurious first level primary suite has French Doors overlooking the travertine deck and pool and an ensuite spa bath with breath-taking Calacatta Borghini marble slabs, concrete freestanding tub, and steam shower.  The powder bath has an 800lb floating concrete trough made into a sink and artful wallpaper accents.  French doors in the family room open to an outdoor living space with a pool and a covered patio area, including a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with large fireplace alongside built in wood storage.
